A 90 to 120 minute technical session with your team. Your developers work through real problems, live, with cameras on. They explain their thinking as they go. This is where your team's skills speak for themselves.
One to two weeks of real collaboration with a company with the designated team. You get paid. They get to see your team work. If it fits, it leads to a longer engagement.
No. NEXORUNA works exclusively with software companies — every placement is backed by a team and a dedicated project lead. We cannot consider applications from individuals.
No. All engagements are remote. Nigeria and Austria share the same time zone, which makes real-time collaboration straightforward.
Yes. Stage 3 is a paid engagement. There is no unpaid work in the NEXORUNA process.
You keep the payment for the pilot project. NEXORUNA will work to match your team with another company where the fit is stronger.
